Whether that is true or not is not the point but an excuse to insulate both Crowley & CNN from criticism. CNN's obsession for shielding Crowley for not enforcing time limits because Obama speaks slowly is pathetic. Everyone knows of Obama's lengthy style and he failed to adapt to time limits. The job of the moderator is to moderate and time-keep.
