Greg Porter's decision to stay out of the race probably helps Andre. Aside from Andre, I would think David O has assembled more votes than any of the other candidates. Those two are likely to be the two finalists. If David O knows he can't beat Andre, his supporters might join a Stop Andre effort and go with a compromise candidate for the special election to weaken Andre's hand going into the May primary.
