Is that really all you have to say, over and over.<br /><br />All politicians take political contributions from individuals no matter who they are. Republicans do the same thing. The whole PAC thing makes everybody uneasy. It takes away so much of the accountability. But it clearly cuts both ways, R and Dem.<br /><br />It isn&#39;t much of a story. Big oil has always contributed. They keep trying. The corporate giving rules are pretty relaxed, especially with PACs. I think the candidates are getting their positions out there, and people seem to know the negative ads are usually run by faceless PACs.<br /><br />All in all I&#39;d say the election is going pretty well.
