The largest single shareholder of the News Corporation is a Saudi prince who blamed the U.S. for 9/11 and boasted of his ability to affect reporting by Fox News:

"Accuracy in Media (AIM) is urging a full inquiry into a report that a Saudi billionaire caused the Fox News Channel (FNC) to dramatically alter its coverage of the Muslim riots in France after he called the network to complain. The Saudi billionaire, Al-waleed bin Talal, is a friend of News Corporation chairman Rupert Murdoch and controls an influential number of voting shares in the company.

"This report underscores the danger of giving foreign interests a significant financial stake in U.S. media companies," declared Cliff Kincaid, editor of Accuracy in Media.

The controversial comments came at an Arab media conference featuring representatives of Time magazine, USA Today, PBS, The Wall Street Journal, and other news organizations. The conference and the Saudi Prince's growing influence in News Corporation are among the subjects of a new December-A AIM Report that has just been posted at the AIM website (www.aim.org ). The report raises the specter of Arab money influencing News Corporation and other U.S. media companies.

Liberal journalist Danny Schechter, a participant in the conference, reports that Al-waleed, who is a member of the Saudi Royal Family and investor in the Fox News parent company News Corporation, gave an interview boasting that he had called Fox to complain about coverage of the "Muslim riots" in France. He said he "called as a viewer" and "convinced them to change" the coverage because "they were not Muslim riots but riots against poverty and inequality." And "they changed" the coverage, the Saudi reportedly said.

Another report on the comments, carried by the Dubai-based newspaper the Khaleej Times, says that Al-waleed personally called Rupert Murdoch to complain. The Saudi said, "After a short while, there was a change" in the coverage."

It is also true that Jerome Corsi has been prohibited from speaking about the eligibility issue in interviews on Fox News despite the fact that he has written extensively about the subject in 2 books and at WND. The network ridicules anyone who raises the issue. Sean Hannity had originally booked Corsi to discuss the issue and was forced to cancel the interview at the last minute under orders from network execs. From Corsi's Facebook post:

As for the so-called expert Fox News cited as vouching for the long-form birth certificate's authenticity, he later repudiated the quotes attributed to him as being taken out of context:

The computer graphics expert Fox News relied upon to claim the birth certificate the White House released April 27 was legitimate insists that the network must retract the story, claiming it deliberately misquoted him and continues to ignore his repeated requests.

Jean Claude Tremblay told WND that none of his comments would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document.

"I no longer trust Fox News," he said, expressing anger verging on disdain for the way he feels the network treated him. "Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story."

Noting that Obama doubters were claiming the birth certificate was a fake, Winter wrote, "But a leading software expert says there's no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong."

"I never said that," Tremblay insists. "Winter called me and talked to me for about five minutes on the telephone, and she never said she was going to quote me. Then she misrepresented what I said."

In a long post on his professional website ProficioGrafik.com in Montreal, Canada, Tremblay said "Ms. Winter has attributed a conclusion to me in the title that I did not mention in the interview."

He asserted that the way Winter interpreted his comments about the use of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software in the PDF (Portable Document Format) file of the Obama birth certificate released by the White House "were also not 100 percent accurate."

In his written comments, Tremblay expressed his consternation.

"First, I never thought that what I saw in the Birth Certificate PDF was a proof of its authenticity," he wrote. "For me, what I have seen does not prove that it is legit, nor that it is a fake, nor that there has been any tampering whatsoever," he wrote. "The title of the blog does not represent my conclusion. It would be unprofessional and simplistic within my area of competence to come to a conclusion one way or the other."

Despite making repeated requests to Fox News to post a correction, including several comments to Winter on Twitter, Fox News has continued to leave its original story posted without any corrections or qualifications . . .

Commenters with opposing viewpoints are not banned. Internet trolls who do nothing but log on to sites that hold opposing views to their own to post comments for the sole intent of casting personal aspersions without adding to the debate are never welcomed. They made three steel-frame buildings in Manhattan fall right in front of your noses, claiming low-temp jet fuel fires did it, though all the fuel burned off, instantly. This country actually believed it.

Comparatively, removing case cites from cases you shouldn't even be reviewing is child's play.

Plus, if you complain too much, the publication of opinions is up to the discretion of the court, and we all know the position you and Ogden have taken on criticizing the courts.

Anyway, suppressing cases was anticipated, years ago. Watch "Most Wanted" with Jon Voight from 1997. He's a bad general who asks of an unfavorable case that restricts his reach: "why is is still in there," referring to the legal databases. They'll do what they want.

Do you have any clue of the forces that are behind Obama? He just made Petreus head of the CIA. Do you get the implications of that? Do you understand just who's running the country?

The experts who have examined the so-called long-form birth certificate that Obama identified as his own to prove his birth in Hawaii and that was posted on the White House website pretty much are in agreement that is a total forgery. I've assumed he was born in Hawaii. The only thing I can surmise is that the Obama folks deliberately doctored the original document to alter something that was on it, or to intentionally make it appear to be forged so that people would continue to focus on that issue instead of the real issue--the fact that he was ineligible under the Constitution even if he was born in Hawaii. As we've seen on so many levels, the federal government has lost any claim to legitimacy by continously thumbing its nose at the U.S. Constitution.
