On a 1-10 scale, Andre was a 2-, Burton was a 5 and Pence was a 7+. The difference between Andre and the others was measurable.<br />After the service Pence cared enough to walk among the spectators and servicemen and introduce himself. Carson) rushing from the steps of the War Memorial while his counterparts, Rep Burton and Rep Pence were completely engulfed with veterans and others who wanted to talk or shake their hands. Rep Carson could only muster fewer than a half dozen who didn&#39;t stick around long, either.
