What do those two words mean?<BR/><BR/>1. When exactly is 'dusk'? Its time is constantly shifting slowly thoughout the year and the 'dusk' process takes a couple of hours.<BR/><BR/>2. What does 'closing' a park mean? No visitors whatsoever allowed?
