One must, however review the second article to the Constitution and see that the purpose of restricting those not born on US soil from the Presidency is to protect us from a leader with dual allegiance. It actually calls for two US parents for that reason. That has been overlooked for some time by those thinking we will never have to worry about this. I am here to present a President, however that seems to represent the interests of everyone else except Americans. I think it is our right to have this question answered once and for all and the guilty party prosecuted to the fullest. Get to work, GOP, DNC, FBI, Justice Dept. and every other relevant agency. If we allowed an usurper to take office, the damage is already done and we have still not seen how low the Dow can drop. It will come out eventually and the only way we can control the fallout is to do this sooner than later. Also, for those who feel that since he was elected by popular vote, wake up. This is not a democracy and thankfully so. This is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC and it is the constitutional laws that make us America. The Kenyon/Indonesian has broken them and challenged everything everyone who every died for this ideal null and void. If he is a Kenyon, he must be DEPORTED at the least. If he isn't guilty, he only has to produce a piece of paper that isn't fake. He has been a Democratic county chairman and he served on the state central committee for 8 years. He has also been an unsuccessful statewide candidate for governor. In fact, I criticized his original filing seeking a TRO because it was devoid of any affidavits to back up his claims, which could have been obtained had he bothered to do a little more investigative work before he ran to the courthouse. I went on PACER and downloaded them. Why do you say he is a prominent lawyer? The pleadings quote unidentified sources from blogs and what he had read on the internet. Now whether Obama is a citizen can be an issue, I would hate for this lawyer being the one who runs the suit. I was not surprisd the judge denied his TRO as his pleadings did not even qualify for such a request.
