As one who has paid dues, very expensive dues by the way, to MIBOR for years I am OUTRAGED that the Board does nothing to proved liar Tim Craft. Where is the MIBOR Ethics Committee or the Grievance Process? Why will no one file Ethics charges against this fraud… a fraud created by a complete tool of David Brooks and Bob Grand known as Kyle Walker… a guy whose wife will not even take his last name. Is the Indiana Real Estate Commission telling us that breaking laws in the real estate profession means nothing for consmers? F.C. Tucker owner Jim Litten, years and years on the RE Commission is doing nothing to protect consumers? Just pathetic.

Tim Craft is practicing the David Brooks defense and that is to get the problem out of the way as quickly as possible so that one can later say, as in Chuck Brewer defense,… something like.. “Well, having broke the laws before I am now following the laws so I am good to go…”.

I hope, no I pray, that Tim Craft is trounced by Christine Scales… and trounced in “grand” fashion (get that, Bob?). I pray too that long short Jocelyn-Tandy Adande wins the Republican Primary in her quest to be mayor… Jocelyn will be a railroad spike in the back sides of the likes of Mr. Susan Brooks, Bob Grand, Kyle Walker, Samantha DeWester, and all the little Center Township stooges they created.
