Schools account for over half our bills - and debt is a big factor in their levies. Architects often get the job without having to place a bid, so their fees aren't particularly challenged in any way.<BR/><BR/>He's done nicely by school building projects. But the taxpayer needs some protection that at least the caps will remain in place come the new legislative session in 2009.
