SJR-7 Hearing Scheduled In House
The House Rules and Legislative Procedures Committee will hear SJR-7 next Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the House Chambers. The committee is chaired by Rep. Scott Pelath (D-Michigan City), who is also one of the co-sponsors of the amendment. Hope remains that House Democrats will amend SJR-7 if it is allowed to move forward.
