Fort Wayne city council candidate Mitch Harper pitches his stand against negative campaigning in this video ad. I think everyone will breath a sigh of relief after next Tuesday knowing that we won't have to watch the non-stop negative ads that have blanked the local airwaves in the Indianapolis mayor's race the past several weeks.
