Joe Biden Is Laughing

The RNC wasted no time in putting together a compilation of Biden's bizarre behavior during last night's vice presidential debate, which closes with this rhetorical statement: "Vice President Biden is laughing . . . are you?" I can already read the script which SNL's writers are preparing as I speak for the opening act Saturday night. They couldn't ask for an easier subject for great humor.
