FBI Agents Leave 91-Year Old Rush County Man's Home After One Week Of Seizure, Can't Say He Illegally Obtained Artifacts

FBI agents left the home of a 91-year old Rush County resident, Dr. Donald Miller, one week after agents descended upon his home to comb through thousands of artifacts Miller had collected over the past eight decades. FBI agents left behind most of Miller's vast collection of cultural artifacts. While an agent acknowledged that it was unclear whether Miller had illegally obtained any items in his collection, "[s]ome of the things he had were improper to possess," special agent Drew Northern told the Indianapolis Star. Northern told reporters that at no time was Miller "detained, in custody or arrested." The agent added that Miller had been cooperative with investigators.

The mystery remains as to whether the existence of the artifacts at Miller's residence was the true motivation for the FBI raid on his home. The media has paid little attention to some of Miller's past work that might be of importance to our government and focused on an image of him being a real life Indiana Jones. During World War II, Dr. Miller says he worked on the testing of the first atomic bomb at Los Alamos, New Mexico. Dr. Miller, an electrical genius, helped develop the triggering device for the bomb. Dr. Miller also performed significant work on communications systems for NASA's lunar missions and for the Russian's MIR space station.

More recently, Dr. Miller had reportedly performed work on the development of technology to locate any transmitter through triangulation after a beacon has failed. The FBI's descent on Miller's home coincided with international efforts to locate the black box for the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 Boeing 777 aircraft that disappeared without a trace in early March. It could well be that some greedy museum curators might have been anxious to get their hands on Miller's vast collection by hook or crook, and the FBI was more than happy to oblige them with its heavy hand. Miller had made no secret of his vast collection. He welcomed visitors and reporters over the years to his rural home in Waldron to tour and photograph his collection of artifacts.

Possession is 9/10 of the law. It's up to a challenger to prove a superior claim of title over yours. It is not a requirement for you to be able to prove you have a clear title claim to what you own, absent which, the government may freely seize your property.

Dr Miller created and developed the technology to locate transmitters and transponders through triangulation after the beacon has failed, and created transponders used by NASA in the space stations. This technology would be very useful, say, if an airplane went down and was unable to be located. In my opinion the cover story about artifacts is little more than a useful government smokescreen. This man was very prominent in the development of nuclear weapons, space science, groundbreaking transponder technology, spectral analysis and the sole heir to his famous brothers research on the origins of life and search for aliens; wherein the truth lies. The FBI has little interest in the provenence of this man’s artifact collection, but his papers and research, that’s quite another matter. I have also heard that several 40ft radio towers were removed from the ranch. One can only surmise that they were triangulated and contained homebuilt technology that the government wished to use, probably with Dr. Miller’s permission. There is more than corn in Indiana, n'est pas?

La verite est ailleurs.

Don Miller appears to have been the 'father of the transponder', at least as far as those designed for NASA.
Linking this to Malaysian flight MH370, the great mystery concerning which is why determined efforts were made to prevent the 'plane and its dead occupants from being found, more especially the inexplicable turning off of the transponders and selection of a very deep off-course, far-from-land destination to ditch the craft:-
"On board Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 were employees from Freescale Semiconductor, a Texas-based technology firm.

They were based in several manufacturing sites in Kuala Lumpur and Tianjin, China; 12 of the employees were from Malaysia and eight were from China, a spokeswoman for the company confirmed".
"Links between the plane's mysterious disappearance and the radar-blocking capabilities of some of the aeronautical hardware technology produced by Freescale have been pushed by citizens news site Beforeitsnews.

"It is conceivable that the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 plane is 'cloaked', hiding with high-tech electronic warfare weaponry that exists and is used," according to the site.

"In fact, this type of technology is precisely the expertise of Freescale, that has 20 employees on board the missing flight," it said.

Two extraordinary events close together: no less than 100 FBI swooping on an old man's private collection and furnishing most ridiculous reasons; and the equally inexplicable crash with no indication of terrorism.
