In a blow to the Ohio establishment types like Boehner and Kasich, a political newcomer and outsider, businessman Warren Davidson, won a crowded field of candidates that included two state lawmakers to become the nominee to run in a June special election and this November's general election in the suburban Cincinnati congressional district formerly represented by Boehner. The Gannett-owned Cincinnati Enquirer notes that Davidson was backed by the same political types who made life miserable for Boehner during his time as Speaker of the House.

John Boehner Backs Paul Ryan For President Day After Kasich Wins Ohio Primary With His Backing

You know, I hate to name call, but Boehner is a loser. For a man who claimed to have loved America SO much did so much damage to the party and the country.
The GOP is so busy NOT listening to what ALL the people want they are going really be obsolete. R.I.P.
Hmmm...if the Leadership hates Sen. Cruz so much, then it must mean that he is doing something right!
You know, I was going to wait and see how this all shook out, but I don't need to. I'll vote for Trump if he's the nominee, but tetween Romney and Bohner and that little cheese eating twerp Paul Ryan, I've already decided that I will never vote Republican again.
Considering their unstable nature; it's somehow funny that we call them the establishment...
Anon 5:08, what is it that "ALL" the ppl want? Bank bailouts (Trump supported the TARP)? Takings of private property to benefit real estate developers (Trump supports _Kelo_)? A 45% hike in the price of consumer goods imported from China (Trump supports a tariff...but then said that he was just blustering as part of negotiation tactics, so who knows what he believes)?
If the GOP is going to be the party of bailouts, bribery & barriers to trade, then I'm out. I won't be part of a Trumpist GOP that funds loser companies, cozies up to monied interests by taking private property & hinders free trade.
