More Lifting From Blogs At The Star

Blogger Renee Wilmeth has spotted another case of potential lifting from a blog by a Star reporter without attribution. This time it's a report by Jeff Swiatek about five new restaurants opening downtown. Wilmeth writes in an e-mail to me: "He notes the opening of all these new restaurants with not one single attributed source on any of the restaurants he notes." Why? Because they all came from Cory Schouten at the IBJ via the paper and his Property Lines blog. Unbelievable."
