FBI Executes Search Warrant On Alleged Palin E-Mail Hacker

The FBI executed a search warrant on David Kernell, the son of a Tennessee lawmaker and self-described Obamacon, to determine whether he was responsible for hacking into a private e-mail account of Gov. Sarah Palin. Kernell was partying at his apartment with several friends when FBI agents arrived around midnight last night according to WBIR-TV. Kernell and the other students fled the apartment when the agents arrived. The news report says agents spent close to two hours in Kernell's apartment. Kernell's three roommates were also subpoenaed and must testify in Chattanooga this week WBIR reports.
