Good Job Gary! You are the man! It seems as if Mr. White is trying to use what other politicians are doing as a bargaining chip to try and get them to back off his case. If any good comes out of this utter nonsense it would be to bring down other politicians. Keep at em! Gary Welsh for GOP Chairman!
None of those you mentioned as not living in their respective representative districts are/were charged with enforcing voting laws, some of the most basic Mr. White knowingly broke. He is, still, supposed to uphold those rules and laws but clearly, not when he is the voter. fuck that. another backward argument that does nothing for the democracy.i'm really 50/50 on your other writings, but how can you possibly defend this dick?
I'm not excusing what White did. What I've said from the outset is how I abhor selective enforcement of our laws. I don't like that he is being hung for the very same thing other politicians have done, the prosecutors and media know they've done and yet they all pretend the others did nothing wrong while they pompously protest what White did.
Is this that way B&T controls its interests in city government, too?
If you want to see who Dick Lugar really cares about, just go browse the legislative intern records for his office. It's a who's who of the elites' kids, including Peter Rusthoven's son. It's like the only way you can become an intern in Lugar's office is if you are tied to the power structure in Indianapolis.
Lugar (and Abdullah) are red herrings in this discussion, Gary. It's White who's been indicted. His guilt or innocence is not impacted by what others have done.
It's only a red herring for people who like to be manipulated by the powers that be who get to decide who gets a pass on the law and who doesn't.
That a law firm can shut down the press shows just how scary Indianapolis is.This is a nascent fascist government.
I think Charlie White is using a ploy as old as the Bible.Point out the specks in another person's to avoid having to deal with the plank poking out of his eye.Perhaps no one else has been prosecuted because the facts in Charlie White's case are so blindingly obvious.
