Wisconsin Billionaire Gets Only 4 Months In Jail For Sexually Abusing Step-Daughter
The case of the Wisconsin billionaire heir of the S.C. Johnson fortune proves once again that there are two forms of justice in this country. Samuel Curtis Johnson, III was charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting his teen-age step-daughter when she was between the ages of 12 and 15. Wisconsin authorities brought felony charges against Johnson in 2011 after his therapist in Arizona reported to authorities statements that he made during counseling sessions as she was required to do under Arizona law. The step-daughter moved to North Carolina and refused to cooperate in the investigation, which led to years of legal wrangling in the states of Wisconsin and Arizona over access to therapy records and her testimony. The case made its way to the Wisconsin Supreme Court twice and was currently pending in the Arizona Court of Appeals. Confusion over the meaning of the Supreme Court's decision was caused when two members of that court recused themselves, resulting in a deadlocked decision.
Yesterday, Johnson pleaded guilty to fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanor charges, effectively bringing the case to an end. His statement to the court lacked any sincerity. Although he could have faced as much as 40 years in prison on the original charges, under the terms of his plea agreement, he will serve just four months in prison and a $6,000 fine. In case you were unaware of it, pedophilia is commonly practiced among the ruling elites in this country and throughout world as it has been for hundreds of years without consequences. It is only the common folks who are punished to the fullest extent of the law for this heinous crime. Many of our country's most powerful political figures were themselves sexual toys for the rich and powerful before being placed in the powerful positions they hold serving their true masters. They are the lucky ones. Most of the others are dead or are living broken lives.
