Another Town Hall Meeting

House Speaker Brian Bosma and Sen. Jim Merritt are teaming up to hold a Town Hall Meeting next Tuesday in the town of Lawrence. Although I don't live in either of their districts, I received this friendly e-mail invitation today:

Dear Neighbor:

You are cordially invited to participate in a Town Hall Meeting on issues impacting Hoosiers in Lawrence, Indiana. Speaker of the House Brian C. Bosma and State Senator Jim Merritt will listen to Hoosiers of Central Indiana and share the Republican vision for Indiana's future.

This public forum will provide you the opportunity to offer input and ask questions. Please take this unique opportunity to join us and let us know what is on your mind.

The Town Hall Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2006, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Sterrett Center at 8950 Otis Avenue in Lawrence. We hope you are available on this date to share your thoughts on current matters and issues of local concern. Please share this invitation with others interested in participating.
