FBI Bars Release Of Autopsy On Boston Marthon Suspect's Friend Who Was Executed By One Of Their Agents

The absence of abiding by the rule of law and the lack of transparency knows no bounds when it comes to the illegitimate Obama regime. The FBI has ordered a Florida medical examiner not to release the autopsy findings of an unarmed man one of its agents executed while interrogating him in his Florida apartment without the assistance of counsel. Ibragim Todashev, a friend of suspected Boston Marathon bomber, was shot multiple times by an FBI agent conducting an interrogation of him, including one bullet to the back of his head. Initial news reports claimed Todashev had attacked the agent with a knife, a claim that turned out to be false. Todashev had previously been interviewed by the FBI at least three times before the final meeting in his apartment where he was executed while the agent attempted to force a confession from him. The Boston Globe quotes the medical examiner's office in Orlando concerning the FBI's order not to release the report:

The medical examiner’s office said it completed the autopsy report on Ibragim Todashev, a friend of suspected Boston Marathon bomber, on July 8 and that the report was “ready for release.” The agent shot and killed Todashev on May 22 in his Orlando apartment during an interrogation related to the Boston Marathon bombings.

“The FBI has informed this office that the case is still under active investigation and thus not to release the document,” Tony Miranda, forensic records coordinator for Orange and Osceola counties in Orlando, said in a letter to the media today. Miranda said state law bars his office from releasing the report if an criminal investigation is ongoing.

The FBI and the Justice Department are conducting an internal inquiry into the shooting, but critics have called for an independent inquiry, questioning the blanket of secrecy surrounding the case.

The FBI and the Massachusetts State Police sought out Todashev after the Marathon bombings, but have refused to release details of the shooting. Media reports have provided conflicting accounts: Some said Todashev attacked the agent with a blade during an interrogation, while others said Todashev was unarmed. Another said he lunged at the agent with a metal pole or a broomstick.

One of the Boston Marathon suspects, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was captured alive by police during a staged shootout with police following the bombing. After being stripped naked and taken into custody, he wound up in the morgue with multiple gunshot wounds and traumatic injuries to his body. Tamerlan's younger brother, Dzhokhar, suffered life-threatening injuries during his later capture. Police initially claimed that he had engaged in a shootout with them while hunkered down in a boat being stored in the backyard of a home. It later turned out he was unarmed. FBI agents manufactured false claims that he later confessed to the bombings and the killing of an MIT police officer, which also proved to be untrue. Two elite FBI agents involved in counterintelligence, who worked on the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombings, were killed during a training exercise in Virginia when they supposedly fell to their deaths while propelling from a helicopter weeks after the bombing.

Isn't it quite telling the media silence on this completely unjustified killing of a man by a federal law enforcement agent compared to the media overkill and disinformation concerning the self defense killing of Trayvon Martin by neighborhood crime watch captain George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida? It's just further proof that mainstream news organizations have become little more than propaganda agents for the government. The only time they care about civil rights is when they use seek to misuse cases of so-called injustice as an excuse for further eroding our civil liberties. The Trayvon Martin case has always been about forwarding their agenda of disarming Americans completely to ensure totalitarian rule by a government no different than Nazi Germany, Red China or the former Soviet Union.
