More Problems For Ex-Allen County GOP Director

Last month, the former exeuctive director of the Allen Co. GOP, Douglas Foy, learned that he was being charged with 11 felony counts for forging the signatures of 11 Allen County GOP candidates on candidate declaration forms. Today, Fort Wayne Observed reports Foy has agreed to repay close to $10,000 in party funds he allegedly diverted for personal use according to a Crowe Chizek forensic audit of party finances. The announcement was made by Allen Co. GOP Chairman Steve Shine, who has had his share of bad publicity recently.
